In today’s digital age, there are various methods available for delivering TV content. One such method that has made a significant impact is IPTV or Internet Protocol Television.

You do not need to have a satellite dish or any other satellite equipment as you can connect to our servers via the internet.

IPTV, or Internet Protocol Television, provides numerous advantages in today’s market and is being considered by many telecommunications providers as a cost-effective solution for offering new and profitable services that can generate additional revenue streams.

In general, there are two basic IPTV systems through which content can be distributed. The first is live streaming, which allows content to be broadcast to multiple people at the same time. The second is video-on-demand, where content is supplied to a single subscriber who has requested a specific item. To use these systems, it is necessary to have a set-top box and other necessary equipment.

IP networks are typically designed with quality of service (QoS) in mind, and our IPTV service is no exception. We pride ourselves on providing excellent service that rivals other providers in the market. Our QoS guarantees that certain packets on the network receive priority, and we carefully manage delays and fragmentation to ensure top-notch quality. We are committed to maintaining optimal performance levels for our customers.

It is not possible to have multiple connections using a single account as it may result in blocking of the username and IP address associated with it.

Our IPTV service utilizes the most advanced H264 technology, providing superior compression and quality. Typically, the IPTV stream size is about 8 Mbit. Nevertheless, during channel switching, the H264 protocol may cause a temporary spike in the required bandwidth to display the image, which is why we recommend a minimum internet connection speed of 16 Mbit, or 30 Mbit for HD channels.

We strive to respond to account activation or technical support tickets within 1 to 2 hours. However, we aim to reply within an hour of receiving such tickets. Please note that during peak hours, it may take up to 3 hours to receive a response.

We strongly advise you to use a wired Ethernet connection for your device.

Buffering may occur at times due to low internet speed or high internet traffic. To resolve this issue, you can press the « pause » button for 10-15 seconds and then resume playback. This will often eliminate the need for buffering.

Kindly contact our IPTV support services by submitting a ticket, and request them to check whether your IP address is blocked. If it is found to be blocked, our team will unblock it for you.

Please verify that your playlist is functional by using an IPTV Player or VLC Player on a computer.
